DESIGN-PHILOSOPHY UND CHARACTER
The E-TOURMALINE is our new electric mountain bike hardtail. The electrified frame was developed in combination with the high-performance engine EP3+ of POLINI in Italy. This set-up offers a solid but still very light package for efficient and long lasting cycling performance with a maximum power output of 90 NM. The battery provides energy for approximately 120 kilometers on flat courses and up to 1,250 to 1,500 meters of climbing if you are riding on hilly courses. The frame allows easy battery changes due to a removable service lid..

The carbon frame has a similar look and still a light feel like the non-motorized TOURMALINE model. Tube shapes and profiles are optimized for high strength and light weight. With the POLINI engine the complete bike’s weight is just above 15 kg.
Our standard frame geometry is optimized for good handling in a wide variety of trail situations. Climbing steep sections is supported by a special chainstay geometry. The modern frame geometry with longer reach and slacker head angles will help riders descending on the E-TOURMALINE safely on steeper sections..
