BC Bike Race 2018. Hello single tracks. Our training has started.

Let’s start training for the BC Bike Race in Canada.

Konstantin and Sascha of Team KONSTRUCTIVE Dream-Bikes.com will participate in this year’s BC Bike Race in Canada’s wild north west. The legendary bike race in British Columbia is one of Canada’s finest races because it features endless single-track riding in some of the world’s best trails though the most beautiful rain forest along the coast.

The biggest challenges during the seven day stage race are not just the distance and the thousands of meters of vertical climbing, but also the rain, cold temperatures, mud, roots, rocks and heat that will change constantly. Every racer has to fight with the elements to make sure to get the bike and himself safely from the start to the finish line. It will be an exciting event.

Still five months to go. Let’s start training for the BC Bike Race in Canada.

BikeSportBerlin e.V. und Konstructive Cycles Bike-Werk Berlin präsentieren „Radsport in Berlin zum selber ausprobieren“ auf der VELO Berlin 2017

Radfahren ist abwechslungsreich und gesund. Erfahre mehr über Radsport auf der Fahrradmesse VELO Berlin. Am 1. und 2. April werden wir gemeinsam mit dem Verein BikeSportBerlin e.V. das Thema „Radfahren und Radsport“ präsentieren und sowohl Rennräder als auch Mountain Bikes zum Probefahren zur Verfügung stellen. Mountain Bikes stehen für Erwachsene mit Körpergrößen von 1,5 m bis 2,1 m sowie für Kinder (20-Zoll und 24-Zoll) zum Testen bereit. Lerne verschiedenen Bike-Styles kennen und probiere Rennradfahren oder Mountain Biking mit und ohne E-Motor aus.

Als Testgelände kann das Messegelände oder der nahe Grunewald genutzt werden. Darüber hinaus steht als Highlight auf dem Außengelände ein Weltklasse-Pump-Track zur Verfügung. Das Befahren schult das Bike-Handling. Alleine durch Körperverlagerung wie beim Schaukeln gilt es die Strecke ohne Treten zu durchfahren. Komm‘ vorbei und versuche es selbst!

Im Rahmen der Fahrradmesse Velo Berlin gibt es die Gelegenheit, das Mountainbiken in Berlin hautnah zu erleben. Neben Möglichkeiten zum Probefahren alleine führen Euch erfahrene Biker bei einer leichten Einführungstour zu den schönen MTB-Trails im Grunewald; jeweils Samstag und Sonntag Mittag um 12 Uhr. Zwischen Teufelsberg und Havelberg lassen sich flowige Singletrails und knackige Downhill-Passagen finden.

Treffpunkt am VELOTouren Stand im Innenhof der Messe Velo Berlin. Testräder stehen begrenzt zur Verfügung. Bitte nicht vergessen, Turnschuhe oder die eigenen Fahrradschuhe und Pedalen mitzubringen. Die Dauer der organisierten Ausfahrt beträgt ca. 90 Minuten. Wer ein Testrad für die Ausfahrt buchen möchte, meldet sich bitte bei uns an über das Kontaktformular an. Wir melden uns dann per E-mail mit den Details bei Dir zurück.

The new bike club BikeSportBerlin and Konstructive Cycles Bike-Werk Berlin present „Try road and mountain biking in Berlin“ during the VELO Berlin Show on the 1st and 2nd of April

You would like to know more about cycling and think about finding riding buddies? Find your cycling discipline and check out road riding or mountain biking with or without electric power. Our club members will be there to assist you and answer your cycling related questions.

You can stop by and try one of our bikes during the opening hours of the VELO Berlin. You will find us near the VELO Tours stand outside the show halls. Furthermore, we offer a mountain bike group rides for beginners at 12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. You can participate with your own bike or borrow one of our demo bikes from different brands.

Get in touch with us if you like to make a reservation. We need to know your name, cell phone number as well as frame size. Please, bring trainers for normal pedals or your own pedals and cycling shoes. You can register via our contact form. We get back with details via E-mail.

Second place for Sascha Piechowski in the Wehlaberg Bike Marathon 2016

Sascha Piechowski secures second place in this year’s Wehlaberg Bike Marathon 2016 behind Florian Fahr, the winner of the masters class. The 60 k race consists of fast double and single track sections and requires 850 metres of climbing. The key section is the Wehlaberg mountain that has to be conquered twice in the race.
